This is a 4140 steel 3 piece forming die for D-cell /34.3mm OD freezeplugs such as Sealed Power 381-3179, Qualcast QC9634.3MMC, etc.
The Dorman 555-104 will work, but it's a very tight fit and you will need a punch to clear the die after forming.
