This is a 4140 steel 3 piece forming die for C-cell /1.010" OD freezeplugs such as Qualcast QC961010SC.
Due to the inside diameter/material thickness being inconsistent across all manufacturers, we are currently only recommending the QC961010SC be used with this die.
