This is our standard, heat treated S7 steel CHECKERED cam & M508 lever , along with a lifter spring assembly (machine screw/lock washer/spring) and paired with a machine cut V3 STRAIGHT trigger and stainless machine cut detent for a complete kit for use in your AR308 variant*
If you don't understand the different installation requirements of the M508 Safety, please email us for clarification.

*The lower rear section of the bolt carrier must measure 2.20"+- in order for the Safety to work correctly. Using a 2.40"+- BCG can damage or break the lever. The upper receiver must be trimmed flush with the rear take down lug to give the lever the proper clearance. This is not a "drop in" part. We do not accept returns for modified parts.

S7 M508 C/V3S Kit AR308 complete kit with CHECKERED cam and V3 straight trigger

Followed the instructions and made the necessary modifications to my upper as required. My lower needed nothing done to it as it easily passed the 1/8” drill bit test. The SS installed very easily and after some trial test fitting a some minor adjustments it passed all function tests. Next up is live fire !! Fingers crossed my buffer system works but if it doesn’t I already know what I need to get to fix any issues. I would definitely buy from GMR again!!
