RETURNS - If there is a manufacturing defect with one of our products, please contact us for RMA and we will be happy to discuss a refund or exchange. We do not accept customer modified items for a refund or exchange.
Due to the increasing number of customers who are experiencing "buyers remorse" after we've shipped their order, any order placed after 2/7/25 that the shipping label has been purchased for and is being returned for any reason other than it is defective* will be subject to a $15 restocking fee at our discretion.
SHIPPING - We traditionally have operated on a "paid today, ship tomorrow" business philosophy, however with the Credit Card processing timeline, it adds 1-2 days before we can ship you the products. We generally ship Priority Mail, it's typically 3 days in transit once it's been shipped, to most places in the country. We ship packages 6 days a week - once the payment process is completed, your package is on it's way.
We do not ship to any location that requires a US Customs Declaration Form to be filled out - these include AFO/FPO/Foreign countries/certain US territories. We're sorry if this inconveniences anyone that was hoping to do business with us.
* Does not function properly in our testing jigs, and was not modified after it we shipped it.
