RETURNS - If there is a manufacturing defect with one of our products, please contact us for RMA and we will be happy to discuss a refund or exchange. We do not accept customer modified items for a refund or exchange.
SHIPPING - We traditionally have operated on a "paid today, ship tomorrow" business philosophy, however with the Credit Card processing timeline, it adds 1-2 days before we can ship you the products. We generally ship Priority Mail, it's typically 3 days in transit once it's been shipped, to most places in the country. We ship packages 7 days a week - once the payment process is completed, your package is on it's way.
