This is a 3d printed Safety trip & Anti-Bounce weight and includes 2 printed levers for your CMMG/Ciener/RTB/PSA -style AR22LR bolt group. This will not work with M&P15-22s. We do not accept returns of modified parts.
The Anti-Bounce weight is made up a carrier and 8 tungsten rods. The end user will be able to pick which weight that they prefer to match their barrel length and ammunition type - .28 ounces to 1.2/1.5 * ounces approximately. We have found that a "Super Glue" type adhesive works, as well as common 2 part epoxies for securing the tungsten once the amount of weight has been decided on.

No glue or epoxy is included. The steel insert in the weight carrier has been installed with blue loctite, its possible to remove it but we do not advise taking it out. Please check it periodically to ensure it remains tight.
The plastic levers are included in the event that your particular AR22 is picky about the amount of movement in the Push Button Safety. Some AR22s work fine with a steel lever , and others will only run with a plastic lever.
Kit includes 1 trip/1 complete weight/2 levers*.
*Please note, the levers are slightly different sizes to provide a better fit if you are using an older GMR cam or a cam from another vendor.

4 Worked but I needed another vendor’s bolt weight set

Reached out to GMR for assistance with getting my platform running consistently and after some back and forth I was recommended to purchase the BoreBuddy weight set as even with all weights installed I was still experiencing bolt bounce with my CMMG conversion kit which would cause a dead trigger over live round scenario. Quick tip if you’re having issues try recording your action with the slo-mo feature on your camera, the higher the fps the better as mine tops out at 240FPS. Seems my issue was solved with the additional weight from the regular weight kit (https://borebuddy.com/product/22lr-bolt-weight/) plus all stainless steel inserts which are included in the purchase. Only taking off 1 star as I had to spend some money outside of the vendor but they were very helpful and that was just to get my specific platform running, for others with different platforms this will more than likely be an all-in-one purchase. Ammo goes quickly now that it’s working so I need more magazines to offset my reloading to shooting ratio at the range :)

Much nicer than I expected from a printed kit. Tolerances are closer yet friction is far less than the metal kits I have. Feels like a nice 2011 slide. Slick and tight. Haven’t shot it yet, just adding to a new CMMG Bravo kit. The weights do shift forever and aft, but they do so in a captive dead blow manner. AR buffers should be as such to prevent bolt bounce, and this gives you the ability to have that on a rimfire. I couldn’t tell before having it in hand but the silver bit on the weight is a steel end cap. It secures the weight in a fashion certain to prevent mushrooming or deformation. Clever and tidy. I cannot readily tell a difference in the levers aside from color. Wish I ordered the different levers in case of wear or the need to time it. Gotta make the most of range time. I probably missed it but a recommendation for lube would be helpful. Or a list of what to avoid with printed material. Shipping was fast! I ordered from a competitor about the same time and haven’t gotten a tracking number yet. Thank you GMR!

3 Fast Delivery,Would be nice if there was some type of cap to incase the weights,Not sure why but the inclubed levers are different material and one fits perfect in the cam slot and the other will not fit in cam slot.

5 Works with Colt Conversion Kit

Fantastic product! Works as it should once you dial it in with the included weighting system. Using on standard PSA 16 inch rifle, OEM buffer system, and the Colt branded .22lr conversion kit. My particular setup needed all but one of the heavier/thicker tungsten weights to run consistently. Also works well with the metal lever and did not need to change out to the plastic one, which is a plus!

The item was shipped very quickly and when I unboxed it, I was not disappointed. I'm still working out the kinks with the weights (just dialing it in) in my set up but it does not disappoint! The SS in a .22lr is extremely fast! The mags go quick! Thanks for the product, GMR!
